Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds/exchanges are not applicable on sale or clearance items unless the product is defective.

2. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

📩 Step 1: Email us at contact@zeirro.com with your  order number, whether you want a refund or exchange, and the reason for your request.
📦 Step 2: Our team will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner from the same address where the product was delivered.
💰 Step 3: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as bank transfer
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund.
  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

Received a damaged or incorrect item? 😞 No worries! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

NOTE: If return is accepted, return process will be completed within 5-7 business days. If replacement is accepted the replacement process will be completed within 5-7 business days
