1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

✔ The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
✔ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ Refunds/exchanges are not applicable on sale or clearance items unless the product is defective.

2. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a store credit or refund.
  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

Received a damaged or incorrect item? 😞 No worries! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
